The shore crew is deplorable. The driver was rude, didn't even say hello when he came to pick us up from the hotel, he drove badly and dangerously. He stopped on the way to pick up the manager (probably his wife), who didn't greet us either. Then we went to pick up other tour participants, he stopped the car on a road under construction and on a slope, we were completely unsafe in this car in poor condition. We also had to ask him to slow down several times. Then, the guide on board the boat looked more like an office worker than a guide. At the first stop on Kelor Island he said he would accompany us for the trek to the top of the hill but in fact he didn't come, even though it's quite sporty and it's very hot, so he should be ensuring our safety and well-being. He mainly took care of providing us with our meals, which were frankly bad; nothing fresh, everything was very greasy. Then we went near Manjarite Island to snorkel; the current carried plastic waste. I asked to go to the beach instead of snorkeling, but there's no way to do anything other than what's planned. The same goes for Rinca Island. The visit to Komodo National Park is completely pointless, and there are no other options, even though there are magnificent beaches in Rinca. The next stop was the sunset near Kalong Island; it was more pleasant and the guide became a little more friendly. We didn't get to see the sunset because of cloudy weather but it's been a nice time. Watching dolphins, birds and bats.On the way back, the sea was rough, we could see lightning in the distance, and it was dark. At no point did the guide bother to offer us life jackets or make sure everyone was okay.Upon arrival, we refused to return with the dangerous and unpleasant driver.Instead, we ate fresh fish at the small fish market in the port of Labuan Bajo, and it was exquisite. Everyone else we met in Flores was so lovely and relaxed that the contrast with the attitude of this staff was truly bizarre.

Amazing guides, on-time pickup and clean boat with all the facilities. Went to all the 6 islands as advertised, saw the Komodo dragons, and made a great many new friends. Highly recommend.[PS: paid 1.3mil for the boat and 400k for entry to all islands. Includes drop and pick-up in a big van from the hotel, unlimited water and lunch box+snacks]

We had a full day tour around komodo island with them.Activities: packed, we went a lot of islands and it was worth itTour guide: took initiative to take pictures, but i felt like the service could have been better, please see belowFood and water was provided and it was good.Snorkelling: life jacket provided was thin, and i think tourists are expected to manage the gear and everything by themselves. For other tours that i have been to, tour guide generally make sure safety measures are in place and tourists are good to go.

"We paid for a two-night tour on a boat, and we were given one night on an island in a place where even the rats wouldn't sleep. They didn’t refund the price difference. These tours they offer are rubbish. You get on a boat and spend dozens of hours under the sun, only to be taken to a couple of places for photos. There’s hardly any snorkeling, the boats are old and dangerous, and the guides don’t speak English. I had a horrible experience and it was extremely expensive. It's not worth doing these tours, especially not with these people."

Problemas serios con esta compañía. Nos obligaron a pagar dos veces por el tour y nos amenazaron con impedirnos coger el vuelo de vuelta con la excusa de que no habían recibido el pago. Todos los que realizamos el tour con ellos tuvimos problemas. No son serios y diría que peligrosos. Si puedes evitar esta compañía hazlo. Añado foto del responsable

Very efficient and fun tour. We did the all day komodo tour. The boat is a bit worn and you are in a large tour group but they do a great job. Alex, our guide, is fantastic. He is fun, full of information and takes care of everyone.

Dtour needs to improve the drop system. It took me an hour to get to my hotel, which is 600m from the port, in three minutes by car. I thought it is better to walk for the whole hour. The driver didn't even say sorry. They should value the customer's time and drop them off in order from near to far

Abbiamo fatto la gita per vedere il tramonto con le volpi volanti a Kalong Island. Abbiamo pagato in totale 1100000 rupie a testa più l'entrata del parco. L'appuntamento era x le 11:20 all'hotel e sono arrivati con 45 minuti di ritardo. Eravamo in tantissime persone, circa una cinquantina ( troppe). Abbiamo visitato Kelor che è una piccola isola con poco da vedere sott'acqua e una piccola passeggiata e siamo stati fermi un'ora. Ci hanno fatto mangiare in 5 minuti perché poi siamo arrivati a Majorite dove ci hanno fatto saltare in acqua a fare snorkeling e lasciato per 45 minuti: qui il fondale è molto bello e si vedono le tartarughe. Poi siamo andati a Rinca Island a vedere i draghi di komodo: ho preferito moltissimo komodo rispetto a quest'isola anche se la nostra guida era molto brava. Infine siamo arrivati a Kalong Island e dalla nave abbiamo visto il tramonto e venti minuti dopo, lo spettacolo delle volpi volanti..milioni e milioni di volpi volanti che partono da Kalong direzione Flores. La gita è stata carina ma non molto divertente, ce ne sono di migliori. Io non la rifarei e non la consiglierei

I did the half day tour. Crew were friendly, destinations were beautiful, lunch was good. The only reason it is not five stars is because the driver who picked me up was late and a bit rude, and the snorkelling gear could use an upgrade. I would not normally be so harsh in reviews, but it is not a cheap tour so I expected these things to be a little better.

Super excursion à Rinca ! Nous avons fait 4 stops, pour la journée de midi à 20h, et avons fini par le sunset sur la mangrove avec l’envol des milliers de chauves-souris géantes, un spectacle impressionnant ! L’équipe a été attentive et bienveillante, toujours avec le sourire ! Merci !

We had a full day trip in Komodo islands with D Tours and it was a perfect day. The crew is very nice and professional, the whole day was very well organized, with lunch boxes, snacks in the afternoon, water and beverages. The fastboats are comfortable and cruising in front of the boat in the middle of these islands is beautiful. Trip is made of hike in Padar Island (impressive landscape view), stop in pink beach, stop in Komodo national park, snorkeling in nice sand spot in the middle of the sea, snorkeling with manta rays and sea turtles (if you are lucky, we were 😉)

Not the type to slam a company in the reviews, but this one deserves it. Did not look too much into google reviews because of the high number of komodo tours and overall good reviews, but I regret not doing it more thoroughly. My girlfriend and I booked a full day tour to komodo islands. We were told to wait at the lobby at 6:15am, but after 30mins of waiting, we decided to call them with no answers. They later texted me saying they were on the way, but 45 mins passed without any signs. They then told me that a mistake was made and we were booked the sunset tour instead. Also, because of the time (past 7:30am), all boats already left the port and we couldn’t do anything. Since we were flying back the next day at 5pm, this was really upsetting not only because of the wait, but the lack of response and the cancellation last minute. Since we were flying here especially for this tour, this was a huge letdown. Horrible experience to say the least with no apologies or efforts to remediate de situation. We were only offered to take a private tour for 400CAD each! Would definitely avoid this tour for a stress-free trip.

Ich kann Dtour Komodo absolut empfehlen!Die Tour (Full day Trip) war super organisiert.Wir haben bezahlt: 1.350.000 idr plus 300.000 Eintrittsgebühren.(Allerdings sollte man sich im Klaren sein, ob man den Teil mit den Komodo Waranen wirklich sehen möchte.Es wird der Loh Liang Komodo Nationalpark angesteuert.Die 1 Stern Bewertungen auf Google treffen es leider auf den Punkt.Schaut dort vorher unbedingt mal drauf.Alles andere war super!)

We went to the 1 day trip around Komodo and everything was perfect. Staff super nice and helpful, boat was comfortable and secure, and we loved each place we visited: Padar island, Pink Beach, Liang island (we spotted 5 dragons!) Taka Makasar, Manta point and Kanawa island.Highly recommended.

Whilst in Flores I booked a full day tour with Dtour and wasn't disappointed! Alex was brilliant as were the captain and crew and we visited some amazing places in Flores. Alex led us on a fantastic snorkelling experience around Taka Makassar and then we were lucky to see manta rays at Manta Point. Brilliant day, snacks, lunch and water provided, they had plenty of snorkelling equipment and highly recommend this tour group. From the the time of hotel pick to hotel return was very well organised.

The tours follow the same route as the ones from the other companies do as well. Unfortunately pick ups are late and the entire programme falls behind and as customer you keep waiting around. Calculate and expect about 2h delay

What a great day tour! The crew is really professional, kind and welcoming. They are well organized and kept the group together at all times. Unfortunately we didn’t see the manta rays but instead we saw a small shark and three turtles. It was really a great experience and I would definitely recommend doing the full day tour with Dtour.

excellent full day boat tour! i hiked to the top of padar island then walked the pink sands of long beach two. i snorkled with a sea turtle at taka makassar. on komodo island I saw a large male dragon, female, and baby. at manta point i snorkled above 4 mantas together, each 3 meters wide. at kanawa island i snorkled in a cloud of hundreds of colorful tropical fish above the live rock floor. the guide was amazing, called me by name. they even provided a wonderful vegetarian lunch special at my request.

We had an amazing Sunset trip with Dtour. We visited 4 different locations which included short trekking, snorkeling, Comodo dragons and Flying foxes watching. As it was low season, we were only 6 people on the big and convenient catamaran that usually takes 30 people on board. I really liked the experience and service here.

I totally recommend this tour to Komodo. They bring you to 6 different places by fast boat in one day. Could see the Komodo dragons and giant mantas snorkeling. They did what they promised which is not the case for other tours. They also took pictures with a camera and send them to us via WhatsApp or Google Drive. Very happy with them!

We loved it! I was happy becouse it was my husband birthsday So I wanted the Day to be special. Full proffesional, always on time, smiling. Ale the crew was Just perfect (all 3). We took all Day trip, 6 places (including Komodo we saw nice warans, we did snorkeling with mantas - big wow). All in all - we highly recommended it!

Professional tour, well-run, friendly and knowledgeable guides. Had a good amount of time on Padar island to take in the view. Plenty of time to see the Komodos on Komodo island. One of the last stops was manta point and we were very lucky to see 8-9 Mantas, the team even put in the effort to give us a second snorkel with them as the current over time drifts you away from the Mantas. Really appreciate the effort guide "Sandy" put into making it a good tour.
